For me, there is no better outfit on a summer's day than a loose-fitting dress, and this one takes the typical nautical stripes and updates them with a hint of a thin gray stripe in between.  It's casual, cool, and comfortable with a pair of metallic sandals, but you can easily add a thin layer if you are in an area where it cools off in the evening.  The bracelet adds color and texture, and I love the unique hint of the tassel hanging down.
