I love that this dress has the appearance of being a bandage dress without being one.  Everyone has seen those celebrities who probably shouldn't be wearing bandage dresses and thought to yourself, "That is why I will never wear one."  But let's face it, who doesn't want to have a little number like this to pull out for a summer date night.  Going with a tighter silhouette means having a higher neckline.  Don't go with a tight or short skirt and a low cut top.  This dress has a perfect neckline for the cut.  Although it fits true to size, it is a body conscious dress, so you might want to consider going up a size to ensure your comfort and to keep from being self conscious if you feel the dress riding up over the course of the evening.  A bold smoky eye can be paired with a paler lip, and these lovely opalite earrings will keep the look edgy but not over the top.  A simple black pump keeps the outfit from looking like you're trying too hard or going for a too youthful look.
